Your role at Logmore

You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and making sure existing customers are successful while using the Logmore solution. You will play a key role in managing the customer relationships and expectations throughout the customer lifecycle. Our customers are international companies operating within a variety of industries, for example in logistics, life sciences, food and beverages.

You will guide the customers to use Logmore the best way for their business needs. Your knowledge of the Logmore solution is essential, so we hope you are curious to learn the ins and outs of logistics and condition monitoring!

You will manage these responsibilities with the mentioned qualities:

  • With your 3-5 years of experience in customer success, you will ensure and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Excellent skills in Spanish and English, both oral and written
  • Having a mindset to understand customer needs and how Logmore can be utilised the best way with each customer
  • Onboard new customers to Logmore
  • Support our sales team in different areas in order to expand our business, including carrying out validation projects
  • Generate revenue by being proactive with existing customers while providing a top-notch customer service
  • Using strong communication skills to solve problems and manage requests from customers
  • Contribute to product development and translate customer needs to product requirements
  • Collaborate closely especially with Logmore sales, tech, and production teams
