Customer Success Manager at Logmore

You will play a key role in managing the customer relationships and expectations throughout the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers and making sure existing customers are successful while using the Logmore solution. Our customers are international companies operating within a variety of industries, for example in logistics, life sciences, food and beverages.

You will guide the customers to use Logmore the best way for their business needs. Your knowledge of the Logmore solution is essential, so we hope you are curious to deepen your understanding of logistics and condition monitoring!

You will manage these responsibilities with the following qualities:

  • With min. 3-5 years of experience in customer success or similar position, you will ensure and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Excellent skills in French and English, oral and written
  • Preferably previous experience within logistics / cold chain or related field
  • Onboarding new customers to Logmore through clear and structured communication
  • Supporting the sales team in expanding our business, i.e. carrying out validation (=testing) projects 
  • Generating revenue by being proactive with existing customers
  • Solving issues, managing requests while being able to drive different projects forward 
  • Contributing to product development, translating customer needs to product requirements
  • Overall collaborating closely with Logmore's sales, tech, and production teams
