Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join and build the next phase of growth at Logmore! We are today a team of 40 international team members, committed to serving 400 logistics, pharma, food (and other) customers globally. Through our cutting-edge cloud-based monitoring technology we at Logmore are on a mission for transparent supply chains - and to ensure product safety and minimize waste on a global scale.

As Logmore's Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will own the company's recruiting operations, and make sure we find the right team members as we expand. You are both skilled in crafting effective talent strategies but also quick on your feet in getting things done and talented in connecting personally with the candidates. You have experience and ideas on developing efficient and scalable processes, and are not afraid to advocate the importance of recruiting themes!

Your responsibilities as Talent Advisor:

  • Build and nurture a pool of candidates through prospecting, sourcing & networking
  • Interact with candidates creating a first-class, warm candidate experience
  • Promote recruitment best practices and knowledge sharing inside the team
  • Advocate for Logmore culture and values, and ensure we hire accordingly to them
  • Help to build the Logmore employer brand
  • Participate in managing external recruitment agency relations

Qualities we are looking for from our Talent Advisor:

  • Proven results for finding the right candidates and execution in challenging conditions independently
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourcefulness; excited to solve difficult research or sourcing challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Finnish
  • Fluency in using key recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc)
