Content Specialist, Customer Education

We are looking for Content Specialist(s) to join and build the next phase of growth at Logmore! Logmore is a team of +40 international team members, committed to serving 400 logistics, pharma, food, and other customers globally. Through our pioneering cloud-based monitoring technology we at Logmore are on a mission for transparent supply chains - and ensuring product safety and minimizing waste on a global scale. During the Covid-19 pandemic Logmore has secured, through its technology solution, the delivery of over 10 million vaccine doses to date.

As the Content Specialist working in our Customer Education team you will play a key role in creating educational paths and materials for our customers – including Help Center articles, tutorial videos, and compact visual guides. You love to produce educational text, visual guides and videos – or all of them!

In this role you will become a Logmore product expert learning the ins and outs of using our hardware product: data loggers (we call them "Logmore Guardians"), as well as our software: Logmore Cloud. You get to dive deep into the world of logistics, cold chain, quality assurance, product safety, condition monitoring, and Internet-of-Things. You will, for example, create guidance on how to ensure the safety and quality of critical shipments, such as vaccines.    

The mission of Customer Education is to provide easy-to-use, scalable learning experiences, from onboarding to continuous customer care, and to ensure customers maximise the benefits provided the Logmore solution. Customer Education will be at the core of creating a remarkable customer experience! Customer Education function enables serving and guiding our customers at scale as the customer base grows.

In this role, you will:

  • Own, develop and create informative, high-quality educational materials: text, visual guides and/or videos to help customers accomplish their goals using Logmore
  • Design scalable customer learning paths for our customer base together with the Logmore team members
  • Drive product usage, customer engagement and implementation of best practices
  • Work together with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams to create a world-class customer experience
  • Become a Logmore product expert, acquire knowledge on the logistics industry through working with industry leading companies
  • Proactively seek and quickly action on customer feedback to constantly improve the educational resources

Qualities we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content production, preferably in product/technology context
  • Strong skills in writing, video creation and/or visual material production, and hunger to develop them further
  • Passion for creating informative and engaging content that produces aha moments
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience from using common content creation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English – other languages considered as plus!
  • Self-driven working style, enjoying working in dynamic growth company environment
