A day in the life of Sales Development Representative at Logmore

As the SDR you are responsible for prospecting new leads and qualifying them, and passing them over as sales qualified leads to the rest of the sales team. Our marketing approach also generates leads for you, giving you warm and hot leads to fill in the gaps for their specific use case. You actively research potential customers and start  with them. Throughout the day you would educate the clients of the benefits of Logmore’s solution and their benefit from it. It is also important to learn from the prospects and document the learnings. Your monthly targets consist of e.g. outbound emails, discovery calls and SQL’s.

In a nutshell, you get to...

  • Connect the leads to an Account Executive, arranging in-person meetings, emails, phone calls
  • Qualify and filter inbound marketing qualified leads and pass them forward as SQLs to closers
  • Develop account intelligence

To ace the position, you have most of the following qualities

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. Not afraid of picking up the phone
  • Good time management and analytical skills: able to manage different, overlapping tasks, able to use digital tools such as CRM efficiently
  • Determination and hunger to diligently meet monthly targets and deadlines, and pursue even higher rates and roles
  • A Bachelor's degree / studies in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field completed. Previous experience in sales considered as a plus
  • Excellent English, oral and written; Finnish, German, Spanish and Portuguese considered as plus
